When Should I Start Planning My Move?

As soon as you know, if we can accommodate your dates we will. If you cancel close to the move you may need to pay part of the fee. We offer cancellation or postponement waivers for a small premium.

How Much Does It Cost to Move?

The question to ask is ‘will I receive value for money’ and using Arclite the answer is yes. The Criteria for BAR Membership mean that the service you receive is of the highest standard.

What If The Keys Are Delayed?

Many moves schedule for completion on a Friday when it can be hard to get hold of solicitors, banks or agents. We will be as flexible as possible, but we may charge overtime or extra hours if the wait is excessive.

Can You Disassemble and Assemble Furniture?

We are used to packing specialist items. There will be a specialist that knows how to safely dismantle, pack and reassemble furniture.

Where Will You Collect From?

Our Head Office is in Twickenham, South West London. We cover Richmond, St Margaret’s, Teddington, Hampton, Chiswick, Wimbledon, Barnes, Putney, Sheen Wandsworth and Central London.

What Insurance Cover Do You Provide?

Even with the greatest care no mover can guarantee that belongings won’t get damaged in transit. Our insurance that meets the BAR standard.

Where Will You Deliver to?

We will deliver to any location in the UK. Our Team will research routes, timings, overnight stays and give you the most cost-effective method for delivering to your new property.

How Do You Protect Items During The Move?

All removal staff undergo regular, industry specific packing training. The team will bring all the equipment and materials to pack your belongings as safe and secure as possible.
